Vívaro Digital, an end-to-end OTT solutions provider, is pleased to confirm their deployment of MediaMelon SmartSight streaming intelligence tools to all customers that use their Media Flex turnkey OTT platform. Deploying SmartSight enables Vívaro Digital’s customers, including leading services such as Videorola Play, Plataforma Cine, and SPR Play, to use proven streaming intelligence tools to help operate and manage their streaming services.
Vívaro Digital reached out to MediaMelon for deployment of a scalable, powerful, platform-based analytics approach to enhance their Media Flex solution, in use at several high-profile clients in Mexico. Vívaro Digital found existing analytics tools were lacking the data integrity and flexibility their clients required to support important business decision making. It was also critical to enable last-mile data gathering from a close integration with their chosen client player technology from Bitmovin.
With its cloud-native implementation approach, and a client SDK already in place, a SmartSight production platform was deployable on day one, and the baseline SmartSight QoE tools were made available to all Vívaro Digital’s clients. As a further level of integration with the Vívaro Digital platform, the SmartSight dashboard displays can be branded and customized for each client to meet their specific requirements and business focus.
The Vívaro Digital platform is growing rapidly and has several high-profile clients in Mexico such as Videorola Play, Plataforma Cine, SPR Play, among others. Additional data fields and analysis features for delivery monitoring are added to the platform as required, with the overview of the entire deployment managed by the Vívaro Digital team. As an OTT leader, Vívaro Digital can also offer its own versions of the added-value Smartsight tools for Advertising management (SmartSight Ads) and quality optimization (SmartSight QBR) as separate services.
